Should there be any bleed added for artwork going to the end of the page? If so, how much of a bleed?
Do you accept Adobe InDesign as a final file format?
How much space for gutter for perfect binding. (150 page)
The artwork requires add 3mm bleed on each edge, for example, finished catolog size A4, the artwork size is 303 x 216mm.
we can accept Adobe InDesign as a Final format, and you mentioned the design method is correct.

If 150pages booklet, use 80gsm peper, the spine need 8mm for gutter for perfect binding.
