Subject: Presentation Folder Printing Quote

Hello,
I am looking to get a quote on the low cost of printing presentation folders from your company.
Ideally, the finished folded size would be 9"X12", with color on both front and back, with two pockets with business card slits on each of the pockets. What would be your color costs/ink usage costs?
What would the cost be in $, for about 200-500 folders, on white matte cover carsdstock? And how many days would this take? Along with a breakdown on actual printing costs, could you also give me the cost of shipping? would you be able to ship a sample for free to our location?
